Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of purchase, provided the conditions outlined below are met. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return by contacting our customer support team.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Products must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

Note: Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error.
  • Recommended Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  1. Inspection: We will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  2. Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Partial Refunds: If the returned item does not meet all conditions, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following this policy and place a new order for the desired product.


7. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item.

We will provide a prepaid return label and replace or refund the item.


8. Restocking Fees

In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 10% of the product price may be applied. This fee will be communicated to you before processing the return.
